Born and raised on the sunny streets of L.A., I was always playing around in the arts. It has been within the last ten years that I have developed a unique style of art that is constantly shaped by my evolving relationship with the underground art community of Los Angeles and other cities I have now traveled through, coupled with my great love of nature. My collection is a wearable version of the funky, urban organic style of my artwork, hence 'wearable art'. All of my pieces are hand formed and combine the use of spray paint, collage materials, natural minerals, found objects, and sculpture creating a unique and powerful statement.
I believe that life is about transformation and creating spaces for oneself that encourage freedom and self-definition. I have always been pulled towards art that defies boundaries and challenges viewers to open their minds. Infusing this belief into my own art and jewelry design has significantly affected my work, and has led me to create something new and fresh. My designs are funky yet sophisticated, and they transgress the limits of art while encouraging their wearers to redefine beauty and freedom for themselves.
